We’re a passionate team committed to the success of the youth we serve. We believe all of the kids and teens that join Youth Entrepreneur Institute are wrapped in brilliance and creativity, and it’s an honor to help them unlock their gifts and talents. Our dedicated and diverse program staff includes licensed teachers, local artist, business college students, and Youth Entrepreneur Institute alumni.

Tacharna Crump | Founder & CEO

Brings experience in entrepreneurship and working with youth, community advocacy, and prior to establishing YEI, she created an art co-op where underprivileged youth received free access to garment equipment and supplies for their entrepreneurial endeavors. She passionate about community advocacy and for six years she served as a Commissioner for DC Department of Education Learn24 Commission & the Chair of the Funding & Capacity Building OST Committee.
